Ingredients:
10 oz. finely shaved sirloin or roast beef
4 oz. sweet peppers
4 oz. hot peppers
4 oz. sliced onions
2 slices swiss American cheese
8” baguette roll
1 oz. tri-color chips
Square plate
Garnish skewer
Procedure:
1. Place beef on flat top or a very hot saute pan and cook until the internal temperature reaches the current temperature. Meat: 155 degrees
2. Place roll face down on grill for 2-3 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time turn the roll a quarter turn to create diamond grill marks
3. Halfway through the cooking process add the onions and peppers (if any)
4. A minute before the items are finished cooking place cheese on top and melt ensuring that you thoroughly mix the cheese with the meat and onions
5. Once roll is finished grilling remove from grill and place in center of a full sheet of parchment paper.
6. Once ingredients are finished cooking remove from flat top and place on top of roll.
7. Folding one corner over the sandwich, fold the corners in over the sandwich and roll the entire sandwich burrito style. Pick the ends of the paper with frill picks.
8. Slice sandwich at an angle and pick one side with garnish skewer.
9. Place the garnished side overlapping the other half at one corner of square plate.
10. Place 1oz of potato chips at front corner of plate and serve.
