Red Raspberry Culture Cakes

Meals in a Rush

1 1/3 Cups Low-Fat or Non-Fat Milk
4 Egg Whites
1 ½ Cups Oatmeal (Dry)
1 ½ Cups Wheat Pancake Mix (Dry)
¾ Cup or 6 oz. Red Raspberry (any fresh fruit you would like - blueberry is also really good)
2 T. Red Raspberry Jam or Preserves
Canola Cooking Oil

In a blender first add the milk, egg whites and oatmeal. Blend those together. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until all mixed thoroughly. You may have to stir a bit with a spoon just so all the ingredients are combined. Put the stove top on medium heat, not to high so the pancake cooks thoroughly without burning. Pour the mixture out onto a greased pan or on a greased griddle to make pancakes. Cook as you would any other type of a pancake. Make sure when you flip the first time press down lightly in the middle so the extra batter is released. This will make between 8-10 Culture Cakes…depending on how big or small you like them.
