Jan's Turkey Cookies

What you'll need:
Fudge stripe cookies
Mini-peanut butter cups
Candy corn
Chocolate bark (for melting)

To make one cookie, use melted chocolate bark to "glue" two cookies together. Put melted chocolate on the rounded edge of one cookie to attach it to the middle of the second cookie. Press into place.

For the body of the turkey cookie, place melted chocolate on larger side of the peanut butter cup. Secure it to the middle of the cookie that is now standing upright. Hold until it's set.

Then, place a bit of melted chocolate on larger end of one piece of candy corn, secure it to the cookie, above the peanut butter cup. This is the turkey's beak.

Repeat on desired number of cookies.

Tip: freeze peanut butter cups prior to use to avoid keeping them from sticking to your fingers.
