INGREDIENTS
3 pounds chicken breast
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 each garlic clove -- minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 cup honey
Wash and dry chicken. In a small saucepan melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool liquid. Add ingredients to zip lock plastic bag. Add chicken, let marinate for minimum of 30 minutes. Either bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or BBQ for 5 minutes per side.
