Orzo With Rosemary and Sun-dried Tomatoes

5 quarts water
3 teaspoons salt
2 cups orzo
2 tablespoons reserved sundried tomato oil
4 tablespoons oil packed sundried tomatoes -- slivered
3 teaspoons fresh rosemary -- chopped
1 teaspoon garlic -- minced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese -- or to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 dashes pepper

Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add orzo and cook for 7 -10, checking frequently for tenderness. Drain, add cold water, rinse till cool. Drain well. Toss pasta with oil, rosemary, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper.
