Hurry up, Saturday! Temps to dip to 90s

Relief is on the way with cooler temperatures creeping in by this weekend and even a slight chance of rain.

The remainder of the workweek will reach highs around 100 degrees, but by Saturday temperatures will dip in the mid to low 90s, according to The National Weather Service.

Tuesday is expected to be sunny with a high of 100 degrees and a low in the mid 70s. Gusty winds from the east could reach 10-20 mph.

Low pressure will start moving through on Saturday bringing moisture and clouds. There is a slight chance of rain throughout the state.

Temperatures have been above normal for this time of this year. The average is 95 degrees, however, the Valley has consistently strayed above 100 through the month of September.
