Ladies Night Out at San Tan Village Saturday

SanTan Village, Westcor's newest regional shopping center is ready to pamper the local women.

Enjoy an evening out and treat yourself to music, discounted shopping, makeovers. It's not too soon to spoil yourself to an early Mother's Day treat or just get out and meet local women in your community.

The event is a celebration of "Shop Gilbert," a campaign to educate, not only residents, but Gilbert businesses about the importance of keeping those sales tax dollars in Gilbert.

"Our first Ladies Night Out is a great way to promote SanTan Village, the premier outdoor shopping destination in Gilbert and celebrate with the women who eat, live, work, and shop in our community. The town is dedicated to continue the thriving local business community and keep with the small town feel, friendliness and pristine neighborhoods and shopping," said Kathy Langdon, president/CEO of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.

"Ladies Night Out is the first of many programs to promote Gilbert and utilize all the amenities that SanTan Village has to offer along with great shopping."

Many retailers will offer great promotions this one night only. Here is just a glimpse at what one will see:

• Lucy is offering a free water bottle with any purchase of $50 or more.

• FitChix will be hosting a beginner Pilates introduction along with demonstrations.

• Helzberg Diamonds will be offering free jewelry cleaning and inspections for all ladies.

• Solstics Sunglass Boutique is providing a complimentary session with a stylist to find the perfect pair of sunglasses.

• Sephora will provide a complimentary color and skin care consultation.

• The Body Shop will provide free makeover and 10 percent off all makeup and skincare purchases.

Entertainment will be provided throughout the center by Volcano, a local steel drum trio, the Pete Pancrazi Trio and Rick Palalay & Trio 380.
