Why did you decide to start this business? We saw a need for this service because so many people build Web sites but don't have a good way to keep them updated and maintained. Without hiring IT people or having someone on-staff who knows how to keep the site maintained, the information on a site can get stale very quickly. It's very frustrating to go to a site and see that the information there is old and therefore may not be reliable or trusted.

What sets you apart from other businesses in your market? We offer hourly packets of updating time. This gives businesses with different needs the ability to buy different-size packages to fit their requirements. The hours purchased are good for one year from time of purchase, so they can be used as needed. Our sales people also monitor the customers' updates, so if we don't see any updates for a month or so, a reminder will be sent out with possible suggestions for updates.
