Traffic restrictions, closures this weekend

This week's hot spots

Camelback Road, between Scottsdale and Miller roads - Reduced to one lane in each direction from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays starting Monday, through September.

McDowell Road, between Scottsdale and Hayden roads - Restrictions in both directions from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily starting Monday, through July 15.

Thomas Road, between Scottsdale and Hayden roads - Restrictions in both directions from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily starting Tuesday, through July 15.

Miller Road, south of McDonald Drive - Closed starting Wednesday, through July 19.

82nd Street, south of Indian School Road - Closed starting Monday, through July 13. Similar closures will occur consecutively on 85th, 86th and 87th streets.

Pima Road and Union Hills Drive - Lane closures in all directions from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily starting Monday, through July 21.

Indian School Road between Pima Road and 81st Street - Reduced to one lane in each direction through mid-November.

Scottsdale Road problems

Scottsdale Road at Princess Drive - Intersection restricted to one lane in all directions through mid August.

Scottsdale Road between Sweetwater Drive and Thunderbird Road - Reduced to two lanes in each direction through July.

Scottsdale Road, north of Adobe Drive - Northbound curb lane closed from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through July 15.

Scottsdale Road, between Thomas and Osborn roads - Restrictions in both directions from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily starting Monday, through July 15.

Scottsdale Road at McDonald Drive - Curb lane closed in both directions through July 15.

Other road improvements

Anderson Drive at Perimeter Drive - Eastbound curb lane closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily starting Monday, through July 30.

Princess Drive at Perimeter Drive - Eastbound curb lane closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily starting Monday, through July 30.

Indian Bend Road between Scottsdale and Hayden roads - Restrictions through December to permit road widening and construction of a bridge over Indian Bend Wash.

McDonald Drive between Scottsdale and Hayden roads - Reduced to one lane in each direction through July.

Cactus Road between Loop 101 and 96th Street - Restricted to one lane in each direction from sunrise to 6 p.m. daily through November 2009.

Bell Road between 94th and 98th streets - Restrictions through late July. Westbound traffic on Bell at 94th Street has a left-turn lane for access to WestWorld.

Hayden Road/Via de Ventura intersection - Lane closures in all directions through mid July.

Woodmere Fairway between Thornwood Drive and Chaparral Road - Closed 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through August.
