Name: Eddie Chan.
Title: Owner.
Name of business: Fusion Sushi China Bistro and Eddie Chan's Asian Bistro.
Age: 56.
What I do: At Fusion, I combine the very best sushi and Asian cuisine in one restaurant.
About my business: I am proud to have introduced great service with delicious food at a reasonable price for more than 25 successful years in Scottsdale.
Eddie Chan's Asian Bistro has received many favorable reviews from dining critics over the years. I recently opened my newest restaurant, Fusion Sushi China Bistro, next to the busiest Starbucks in the Phoenix area.
For this special dining experience, I have brought in from Taiwan a remarkable chef with more than 12 years' experience and who is noted for his attention to detail. His creations are like a work of art. We take pride in tantalizing your palate and delivering a visual feast, as well.
We supply a warm, friendly, casual atmosphere, all at a reasonable price. Fusion is perfect for business lunches and an enjoyable night out for dinner. We also have delivery available from 5 to 9 p.m. daily.
What I've learned in business: It's a challenge to merge the very best of both worlds. But after 25 years, I am up for it with a smile on my face.
Goals: I eventually would like to develop more fusion restaurants and introduce this wonderful concept citywide.
