What does your business provide/sell? Women Winning Worldwide is an annual program where community members receive inspiration and empowerment with tools, one-on-one mentoring, a supportive peer group and education.

How did you decide to start this business? As a woman business owner, I saw many bright, dynamic and inspired women who were struggling to grow their businesses to the next level. As an active member and past president of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) Phoenix, I was able to meet many of them and we helped each other along the way.

This, along with my experience as a teen, were driving forces behind starting this new venture. When I was 15, my mother bought a business after my father's death and did not have the business fundamentals and support she needed for her business to grow and thrive in the long-term to support her family.

At the beginning of 2008, I founded an affordable mentoring solution that inspires, empowers and educates women business owners to take their business to the next level.

What sets you a part from other businesses in your market? The group meets monthly for a peer discussion and review of goals. Speakers on diverse business topics are featured quarterly at the group meetings.

Individual, as well as one-on-one, coaching sessions with Wrasman also are conducted once a month.

Why did you chose to open your business in Paradise Valley? I have been a Paradise Valley resident and love the central location of our area.
