About my business: Anastasia's is a unique boudoir boutique ensconced in Parisian ambiance and specializing in sophisticated lingerie, sumptuous bath and body products, charming décor and gifts. Mine is a feminine shop in which there is something wonderful for every girl.

My merchandise is special; many items are imported from Europe and some are not sold at any other retailer in the United States. The shop is named after my beloved dog. Take a look at our logo, and you'll find her paw print. Like the shop, she was special.

What I've learned in business: There is nothing more valuable than believing in yourself.

Goals: To name just a few, I hope to open two other businesses within the next three years. One will be a nail salon, the other a home décor store. What community I live in: I live in a beautiful Spanish villa-style home in Chandler that my husband and I designed.

Affiliations: My husband and I are active in charitable organizations such as Friends for Life, which rescues, nurtures and adopts abused/abandoned animals. Where I grew up: I was raised in Paradise Valley.

Family: I'm quite fortunate to be happily married for 16 years to an incredibly supportive man. We have an adorable dog, Elka; a mean cat, Mia and one affectionate horse, Buddy. My brother is an attorney in Las Vegas. My mother and father, who mean the world to me, are retired and live in Scottsdale.

Favorite film: Braveheart.
