City tourism-panel members being sought

City seeks Tourism Committee members

Surprise is accepting applications for the new City Council-appointed Tourism Committee. Tourism Committee voting membership includes nine members, each representing specific interests.

Voting members must be residents of the city and remain so during their terms of office.

Applications are available for pickup from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at the City Clerk's Office, 12425 W. Bell Road, D-100, Surprise. A copy of the bylaws will be attached to the application.

Applications must be submitted to the city clerk no later than 5 p.m. Dec. 5. Direct questions to the City Clerk's Office, 623-222-1000.
