Follow the progress of Goodyear's water conservation program, known as "H2O 365," by visiting the Water Conservation pages of Goodyear's Web site, www.goodyearaz.gov/h2o365. The average daily water demand is posted weekly.
In 2007, Goodyear water customers' average daily use was 7.3 million gallons. With the new baseball fields being built for the spring training games hosted by the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds, the city's water demand will grow. But the city's goal is to keep that peak demand as low as possible.
