AVONDALE:

• 99th Avenue and McDowell Road: Restrictions through August during intersection improvements.

• Dysart Road from Van Buren Street to Western Avenue: Restrictions through November during waterline improvements.

• El Mirage Road from Broadway to McDowell roads: Restrictions through July 2009 during waterline improvements.

• Fourth to Seventh streets between Main Street and Harrison Drive: Restrictions on several streets through Oct. 16 during work on community development block grant improvement projects.

• Fourth Street from Western Avenue to Lower Buckeye Road: Restrictions through Monday during street reconstruction and water-line installation.

• Van Buren Street from El Mirage to the Agua Fria River bridge: Restrictions through January during pedestrian underpass improvements.

GOODYEAR:

• Bullard Avenue between Interstate 10 and Van Buren Street: Restrictions through November during widening and landscaping.

• Cotton Lane at Canyon Trails Boulevard: Restrictions through July 11 during installation of rubberized asphalt.

• Rustler Road between 186th and 188th avenues: Restrictions through July during relocation of utility lines and poles.
