Two others, 28-year-old Eric Smith, and 26-year-old Sarah Carvajal, were arrested Sept. 11 in Phoenix.
A fourth man, Alberto Arias, 25, was arrested hours after the robbery. Officers pulled him over when the caught him driving the victims' stolen pickup.
Police detained a fifth "person of interest" but later released him.
The incident occurred Sept. 8 when officers say Carvajal knocked on the door asking for help at a home on the 11000 block of South Copper Court.
When the victims opened the door, four men stormed inside and locked the homeowners in a closet before stealing electronics, jewelry and a pickup truck, police said.
