Event: Women Together for Health Free Nutrition Program.

Where: Curves Laveen, 5030 W. Baseline Road, No. 135.

Cost: Free.

Planned activities: A Maricopa County-sponsored 10-week nutrition program to teach women how to improve their health. Learn how to reduce stess, buy, prepare and eat healthful foods, and have more energy. Classes are limited to 25. Spanish-speaking women welcome.
