Ariz. man's book enhances virtual-tour business

Gregory Drejza of Goodyear submitted the following information about his business and book.

Business name: Gregory Drejza.

Owner's name: Gregory Drejza.

Age: 51.

Phone: 623-556-3616

Business address: 14175 W. Indian School Road, A-7, Goodyear, AZ, 85395.

Business hours, phone, Web site: Phone calls only during business hours, 623-556-3616 (9 a.m.-5 p.m.), Web site: www.VTour4Free.com.

What does your business provide/sell? A book, education services and virtual-tour services. I am a new author and I have written my first book called How to Create Virtual Tours for FREE! Available through me at VTour4Free.com or by contacting Acacia Publishing at 866-265-4553, or 602-265-4553 in Arizona or online at www.acaciapublishing.com. $10.95, 96 pages, soft cover.

The book teaches Realtors or people selling their homes on their own (For Sale by Owner) to create virtual tours of the homes for free. Virtual tours are a set of pictures (usually of a home but could be a city, town, museum, park, etc.) put together into a video presentation with text, music, branding and more.

Virtual tours provide an additional marketing feature, which is available to be viewed on AZ Central Real Estate, REALTOR.comŽ, the Arizona Multiple Listing Service and other real-estate-related sites like Zillow, Craigslist, Trulia and others.

I teach classes on the subject. The class and I are accredited through the Arizona Department of Real Estate. I teach the class at various real-estate companies, mortgage companies, etc. If someone wants me to create his or her virtual tour, I can do that, too.

How did you decide to start this business? I want every Realtor or person selling their home to learn how to do this for free. Usually, this service costs between $30 to more than $200 (depending on the quality) through a virtual-tour vendor. If you have a camera, computer and a connection to the Internet, you can learn to do this for free.

What sets you a part from other businesses in your market? For $10.95, I offer to teach someone a new skill backed with online training videos on the Web site (VTour4Free.comYou can create your own virtual tours in less than a couple of hours. Most home sellers and Realtors don't take advantage of this great marketing tool because they don't know how to do it or it costs too much.

Why did you choose Goodyear to open your business in? I am a Realtor and my wife and I already own a business in Goodyear, Desert State Realty. We love the West Valley. The people here are wonderful, friendly, giving and more. It's a great place to raise our children and grow our business.
