The details have yet to be fully worked out, but the Phoenician is getting ready to launch its Sunday brunch on Sept. 14. It will be held in Il Terrazzo, the renovated restaurant that used to be called The Terrace.
Don’t expect anything like the lavish, all-you-can-eat buffet of former years. Except for an antipasto station, this will be an order-off-the menu operation, comprising three courses for a set price of $65: a “tasting” appetizer, main dish and dessert tray. Brunch also comes with pours of Santa Margherita Prosecco, an Italian bubbly.
