Caesar Steak Kebab

6 ounces boneless sirloin steak
1/4 cup bottled light Caesar dressing, divided use
2 pieces frozen Texas-toast garlic bread
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
4 metal or bamboo skewers

Cut beef into 1-inch pieces. Place in a resealable plastic bag and add 2 tablespoons dressing. Refrigerate 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. (If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water while the beef marinates.) Heat grill to medium-high. Cut frozen garlic toast into 1-inch chunks. Thread beef and bread onto skewers, placing the pieces about 1/4 inch apart. Grill kebabs about 10 minutes, turning once. Combine lettuce, cheese and remaining 2 tablespoons dressing; toss well and divide between two serving plates. Place kebabs on top.
