1 can (12 ounces) solid white albacore tuna in water
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 small oblong sandwich rolls (about 3 ounces each)
1/2 cup crushed potato chips (about 1 ounce)
1 cup chopped lettuce
Combine tuna, mayonnaise and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir gently with a fork to blend, leaving some large chunks intact. Slice open sandwich rolls. Sprinkle crushed potato chips along the bottom of each roll. Top with lettuce, then tuna salad, then roll tops.
