Strawberry Chicken Kebabs

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 8 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
8 large strawberries
1 tablespoon balsamic or white-balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey

Heat grill to medium-high. Cut chicken into 2-inch chunks. Brush with oil; season with salt and pepper. Cut strawberries into quarters, discarding leaves. Thread chicken and strawberries onto 4 skewers, alternating the pieces. Grill 10 minutes, turning so all sides cook evenly. Combine vinegar and honey in a small bowl. Brush mixture on kebabs during the last minute of grilling.
