2 teaspoons dried rosemary, divided use
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 12-ounce top-loin steak
2 tablespoon blue-cheese crumbles
1 tablespoon butter, softened
Heat grill to medium-high. Combine 1 teaspoon rosemary, pepper and salt; rub over steak. Cook steak to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium. Meanwhile, combine blue cheese, butter and remaining rosemary. When steak is done, let rest 5 minutes, then slice. Spoon blue-cheese butter onto slices to serve.
