Italian Sloppy Joes

1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
4 submarine rolls (about 6 inches long)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any grease. Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning; simmer over very low heat 5 minutes to let flavors blend. Cut open rolls, and spoon meat into them. Top with cheeses.
