Asian-Marinated Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops (about 6 ounces each)
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice from 1 lime

Place pork in a resealable bag. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and lime juice. Seal bag and marinate pork in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight. Heat grill or a large skillet to medium-high. Discard marinade, and cook chops 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve with rice, if desired.
