FireSky Resort & Spa in Scottsdale is part of EarthCare, an eco-program with a mission to reduce its impact on the environment. The hotel is all about conserving energy and water, recycling and donating unused products to local charities.

CATERING
The Santa Barbara Catering Company in Tempe is going green. Its plates and serving utensils are made from organically grown bamboo, and it offers clients recycling services for cans, water bottles and glass, among other green amenities. Catering starts at $45 to $75 per person, depending on the complexity of the menu.
